All Souls’ Service – 3rd November at Christ Church, Derry Hill The annual Service for All Souls at 3pm is a special time to remember with thanksgiving before God those whom we have known and loved: those who gave us life, or who nurtured us in faith, or indeed those whom we gave life and nurtured. We remember the departed by name and there will be an opportunity to light a candle and add a sprig of rosemary to a cross as part of your remembering. All are welcome to attend this service. If you have a friend or neighbour, who has recently been bereaved, you might like to invite them to accompany you to the service. Refreshments are served in the church after the service.
